Terms of use

These terms govern your use of fandiscovery.com (the "service"), run by the administrator of the fandiscovery.com service. Contact: [email protected]. By using the service or creating an account you accept these terms, the privacy policy and the payments and refunds policy.

Adults only

The service lists adult creators and may show suggestive photos. You may use it only if you are at least 18 years old, or older where the law where you live sets a higher age, and if viewing such material is legal for you. Photos stay blurred until you confirm your age.

What the service is

FanDiscovery is an independent directory. Profiles are built from information creators publish on their own public pages. We do not host creators' paid content, we do not sell subscriptions to creators, and we are not affiliated with any creator platform. Subscriptions you buy on a creator platform are a matter between you, the creator and that platform.

We work to keep profiles accurate, but prices, activity and other details change on the creator's side, so the creator's own page is always the source that counts.

Accounts

Each account belongs to one person and is confirmed with a code sent by email. Keep your password private. We may suspend an account used to scrape the directory, to harass creators, to post or request stolen content, or to get around plan limits.

Plans

Fan Pass and the creator plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions billed by crypto invoice, at the price shown before you pay. A plan starts when the payment is confirmed and runs to the end of the paid period. It does not renew automatically: in the last 14 days of a period you can pay the next invoice from your account, and if you do not, the plan ends with the paid period. Moving to a higher plan credits the unused value of your current plan. The free account includes full results on your first three searches and one list of up to 20 creators, once; this is a demo, not a plan.

Creators and claimed profiles

A creator may claim a profile only for a page they own or manage with the owner's permission. Claimed profiles must stay accurate and must not include contact details for meeting in person, links to stolen content, or anything involving a person under 18. We may unpublish a profile that breaks these rules. Featured placement is always marked as featured.

Removal and corrections

Any creator can ask for a profile to be hidden or corrected at /remove-profile without an account. A removal takes effect once the request is confirmed by email.

Prohibited use

You may not use the service to identify, locate or contact people against their will, to collect personal data at scale, to share or request leaked material, or in any way that breaks the law or the rules of the creator platforms.

Liability

The service is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for content on third party pages we link to, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version; material changes are announced on the site before they apply to a paid period you have already bought.
