The controller of personal data processed through fandiscovery.com is the administrator of the fandiscovery.com service, reachable at [email protected].

Visitors and fans

You can search without an account. When you create one we store your email address, a password hash, your saved lists, alerts and plan. Search queries are logged without your name, to improve results and keep the service working. If you switch on Near me, your browser shares an approximate position only for that search; we round it and do not store it.

Creators

Profiles contain information that creators publish on their public pages: display name, username, public photos, public bio, approximate location they chose to share, subscription price and public counters. We process it on the basis of legitimate interest, to help fans find public creator pages, and we never add real names, addresses or private details. Creators can object, request removal or correct their data at /remove-profile; a confirmed removal hides the profile at once.

Cookies

We use only cookies needed to run the site: the session, security tokens and your sign in. Whether you confirmed your age is remembered in your own browser. We do not use advertising pixels or cross site tracking, so there is no cookie banner.

Who receives data

We use a hosting provider in the European Union, an email delivery provider for codes and alerts, and a crypto payment operator for invoices. Each receives only what it needs for that task. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account data stays while the account exists and for up to 12 months after deletion for billing records. Search logs are kept for 12 months. Removal requests are kept so a hidden profile is never re-listed.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction or a copy of your data, and object to processing, by writing to [email protected]. You may also complain to a data protection authority.
