Payments and refunds

Last updated October 15, 2026

Short version: plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions billed by crypto invoice, nothing renews without a new payment from you, and payments are final except in the three cases listed below.

How payment works

Fan Pass and the creator plans are paid by crypto invoice. The invoice shows the plan, the period and the price in US dollars before you pay. Your plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed on the network and runs to the end of the paid month or year. A crypto payment is never taken from your wallet automatically, so you stay in control: in the last 14 days of a period your account shows an Extend button with the next invoice, and if you leave it unpaid the plan ends with the paid period.

Payments are final

A paid period gives you the full plan from its first day, whether you use it a lot or not at all. For that reason we do not return money for a change of mind, for unused time, for picking the wrong plan or period, for expecting a feature that the pricing page does not describe, or for the way a creator runs their page. Searching and the free account let you see how the service works before you pay. By paying you ask us to start the plan at once, and you accept that a statutory right of withdrawal ends once the plan has started.

The only exceptions

  • Paid twice. Two confirmed payments for the same invoice or the same period. We return the extra one.
  • Payment not made by you. A payment you did not authorise, reported within 14 days and supported by the records of the transaction.
  • Service down. A fault on our side made the paid features unusable for a long continuous stretch, you told us at the time, and we could not fix it. We return the part of the price for the affected time.

A returned amount never exceeds what you paid for the affected period, and is sent in the same currency to an address you control.

How to ask

Email [email protected] within 14 days of the payment, from the address on your account, with the invoice number. We reply once we have checked the payment records.
